We process finished knitwear: garment dyeing (boiling method), enzyme washing, and softening.Each order is discussed individually — we select the method and run a test.Prices are approximate and may vary depending on quantity and task.
Garment Dyeing of finished clothing

Enzyme Wash (ferment treatment)
Enzyme wash is a treatment that makes fabric softer, cleaner, and gives it a naturally aged look.Enzymes remove excess fibers, smooth out the surface, and create a vintage effect — as if the garment has been washed dozens of times.Color becomes deeper along the seams and softer on the body of the garment.📌 Available as a standalone service or as part of Garment Dye.📌 Only finished knitwear items are accepted.What you get:● Softness and comfort in wear● A natural vintage look● Smooth and clean surface● Removal of excess pigment after dyeing● Full process control — from testing to final packagingMaterials: Finished knitwear onlyMinimum order: 20 piecesLead time: From 7 working daysPrice: The price depends on the quantity.

Softening (fabric softening)
A final treatment that gives the fabric exceptional softness and a pleasant hand feel.Can be used on its own or as the last step after other services. Initial contact

Project discussion
We define the product type, quantity, desired effect, and color.Color can be based on a Pantone code or a fabric sample you provide.
Test run (optional)
We recommend producing a LabDip test batch (0.1–5 kg) to confirm the color and treatment before moving to full production.
Sending your garments
You sew the garments and send them to us for processing.
Inspection
Each item is carefully inspected:seams, defects, cleanliness, density.Shrinkage is expected — please consider this during pattern development.
Processing
We carry out the selected treatments:dyeing / enzyme washing / softening.Each item is treated by hand, piece by piece.
Quality control
After treatment, each item is checked manually for:color consistency, seam cleanliness, and overall texture.
Packing & delivery
Finished pieces are packed and shipped via your preferred method. We can add labels, care instructions, or packaging — upon request.
