Post-production processing of finished garments

We process finished garments made from knitwear and cotton as part of the post-production stage.
Our methods include garment dye, enzyme washing and softening to achieve a stable and repeatable result.
We work in small series from 20 pieces, with testing prior to production.
Prices are indicative and may vary depending on quantity, material and specifications.

Enzyme Wash (ferment treatment)

Softening (fabric softening)

A final treatment that gives the fabric exceptional softness and a pleasant hand feel.Can be used on its own or as the last step after other services. Garment Dyeing of finished clothing

The full cycle: from idea to result

    Initial contact

    You reach out and briefly describe your task.We clarify the details, explain the process, and agree on the workflow.

    Project discussion

    We define the product type, quantity, desired effect, and color.Color can be based on a Pantone code or a fabric sample you provide.

    Test run (optional)

    We recommend producing a LabDip test batch (0.1–5 kg) to confirm the color and treatment before moving to full production.

    Sending your garments

    You sew the garments and send them to us for processing.

    Inspection

    Each item is carefully inspected:seams, defects, cleanliness, density.Shrinkage is expected — please consider this during pattern development.

    Processing

    We carry out the selected treatments:dyeing / enzyme washing / softening.Each item is treated by hand, piece by piece.

  • 7

    Quality control

    After treatment, each item is checked manually for:color consistency, seam cleanliness, and overall texture.

  • 8

    Packing & delivery

    Finished pieces are packed and shipped via your preferred method. We can add labels, care instructions, or packaging — upon request.
