At Factory HOT, we work with finished denim garments to develop vintage character through hand-applied techniques: fading, abrasion, bleaching, tinting, distressing and fraying. We do not operate an industrial laundry. We develop effects — from your reference image or creative brief — and apply them piece by piece.

This is the same approach we take with all our garment work: the result is the goal, and the techniques are chosen to get there. For denim, that means combining methods in the right sequence to create a finish that reads as genuine vintage rather than produced aging.
